  1. I find the comment about the trees intensely amusing, because they think we’ll still be printing newspapers in 70 years.

    1. But…

But that’s not how the paper industry works at all.

Paper comes from farmed trees. Trees that were planted for the express purpose of being made into paper. Using paper doesn’t kill trees that would not exist in the first place if it weren’t for the need of said paper.

Now recycling on the other hand, that’s a load of horse shit.

Recycling paper creates industrial waste from the chemical process used and is terrible for the environment, where as just throwing it out lets it biodegrade naturally.

Or you could use it as landfill and create new land like they do in Malaysia or in Chicago with Millennium Park.

Or you could incinerate it for energy which, low and behold, the recycling racket is staunchly against.

      1. I’m…pretty sure Millennium Park has never been a landfill? Like. It’s in the middle of downtown Chicago. It’s right in the fucking loop. There has never been a landfill there. At least not in the last hundred years.

  2. I’m not a “sports guy”, but I think I admire Shaq more than any other celebrity.

Now here’s a guy that has ALWAYS done whatever the hell he wants and was smart with his money.

He wanted to be an actor, did it.

    He wanted to rap, done!

He wanted to make video games, Shaq Fu 2 is on its way out right now!

He wanted to be a cop, sure as shit did become a cop!

Criticize him for his short comings, but you got to love him for trying it all.

  3. I’m pretty sure syrup would just make you stick to the floor. I usually just grease myself down with peanut oil.
