    1. Judging by the “spemily” in the blog name, the poster is a PLL fan. In those circumstances, I would say that the writers ARE clever enough… They just like to torment us.

To some extent I agree with your Once comment, though. Hehe

      1. *spoiler alert*
Fucking Sara is black widow. Cece is A. Do you wanna repeat that clever bullshit? The last thing they are is clever, hon.

  1. As a Canadian I can confirm that all of those provinces are correct except for Totoro, But I’m going to start a petition to add it.

  2. i think some of the times the writers of shows/books/etc go along with fan theories saying they were true, just because they’re thinking “omg that’s a great idea, why didn’t i think of it? we’ll just tell them we did.” the disney frozen/tarzan one comes to mind.

  3. When I read Sluggy Freelancer I keep thinking “there is no way this tiny little thing will come up later. The writer isn’t that clever”. And then Every. Fucking. Time. He proves me wrong. God damn you Pete!

  4. That America and the metric system kills me.

Why is it that there are two, and only two, things the whole world can agree on?

There are 24 hours in a day and we all use shipping containers to transport goods.

Every other thing in the entire fucking world we have to bicker over. We’ve got like 100 different standards of electrical outlets, a bunch of different calendars, about 1000 different programming languages, and no one can decide on an international language.

Scientists – “We made Esperanto, a language that is specifically designed to be easy to learn. It’s just that no one uses it.”

America – “No, let’s all speak English because most people already speak it and it is a mutt language anyway. Of course it’s also the most unstructured language in the world, but that’s besides the point.”

France – “Excuse me? No, no, no… French is the international business language. Because we said so. Like 200 years ago. Who cares if it’s not widely used anymore. Hu-rumph. Typical Americans.”

    1. Three things they can agree upon.*

Scientists – Shut up Dick Weasle

America – Shut up Dick Weasle

France – Shut up Dick Weasle

    2. “Why is it that there are two, and only two, things the whole world can agree on?”

Because you guys picked the wrong measurement system. Metric? Really? What happens when you can tell the difference between nm and mm because of sloppy handwriting and something blows up because your measurement is off by a factor of 1000?
