There’s wrong and then there’s terribly wrong. This isn’t reserved for apocalyptic events, either. I consider getting my belt-loop caught in a door handle to be terribly wrong. It’s not about severity, it’s about “level of wrongness”. Like for example, a ship sinking is wrong. But if a ship didn’t sink but instead rolled over and continued on its journey but with a bunch of fish on deck? Terribly wrong.
