I have to be honest: car repairs are a complete and utter mystery to me. I trust the mechanic out of pure ignorance, the way men in earlier times must have approached the village shaman. All I know is there are mysterious forces at work and at the end of the day I’m out too much money and then my car works again for some reason. But, if I had to rely on my own smarts my car would probably end up looking something like these.
