It’s understandable that parents want to relate to the kids, sure. It’s still lame, but in a lovable way. Bless them. But when a brand tries to relate to the kids it just comes off as awkward. We get it, you want to sell your dumb thing. But it doesn’t come off like you’re one of the gang, it feels more like you’re the creepy guy at the end of the playground dressed like a 12 year old. I’m not even a kid and I know this stuff is lame, which means actual kids can smell it from a mile away. Bad brands, bad!
