Customer service can surprise you in a good way or a bad way, and at the end of the day either one might make you say “Can I get a manager over here?” The best case scenario is you want to praise a great employee who went above and beyond. The worst (and more common) case is that you want to report a weird or smart-ass employee who totally sucks at customer service. But even worse than that is when the manager themselves is being a jerk. Then what do you do? Tweet at them? A sad final attempt at resolution.
