Signs are supposed to show you the way, and these unfortunate signs do exactly that. If by ‘the way’, you mean ‘the wrong way’. These are so poorly thought-out that it’s hard to believe these happened entirely by accident. There’s some kind of super-villain designed these unfortunate signs in an underground lair somewhere, using them to accelerate the total breakdown of society.
