Problem students are the bane of every teacher’s existence. But there’s a good part: they are super entertaining. My theory is that problem students actually improve the overall classroom environment by providing some much-needed levity by allowing the more academic students to blow off some steam by watching their antics and then get back to work. Maybe the school system should even pay problem students a salary. This is probably not a good idea I just like the sound of it because I myself was a crappy smart ass to my teachers. Sorry, Mrs Fields.
