Kathy Griffin Responded To Tomi Lahren’s Interview Request And She Did Not Hold Back

Kathy Griffin, if you’ll remember, made headlines upon headlines last year when she posed with a mask that was made to resemble President Donald Trump’s decapitated head. Trump went after her, the Secret Service got involved, and basically everyone the comedian had even known disavowed her. Now Griffin, who rose from the ashes to keep her career going strong, has responded to a request from Fox News for an interview with professional angry right-wing white lady, Tomi Lahren. Her answer was three words which were definitely not “Let’s do this.”

Griffin tweeted a copy of the request from someone at Fox News, along with her official answer.

Griffin wrote,

Dear @Tomi Lahren,

You and your your network told me my career was over and that I was irrelevant. Now you want to interview me. Not only do I not want to waste my time with you, I’m too busy selling out shows on my US tour.

Go F**k Yourself,

Kathy Griffin

Okay, so that’s a “no” then, correct?

But that wasn’t the end of the exchange. Lahren wrote back to Griffin’s tweet later that day, accusing her of having “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

To which Griffin replied, “Oh Tomi, you don’t even know the difference between digital and broadcast…again, if I’m irrrelevant, why do you want to talk to me? Go get a big glass of water…you’re so thirsty.”

Okay, so still no, right?

Speaking of water, it was actually Kathy Griffin who stood up for Lahren when the conservative commentator got a glass of water thrown on her by a stranger in a restaurant.

Griffin will stand up for her principles, but she’s not ready to stoop to being interviewed by the same woman who called her “irrelevant” last year.
