Ariel Winter Destroys Body-Shaming Troll Who Claimed She Used Illegal Drugs To Lose Weight

We’re all guilty of assuming the celebrity lifestyle is full of nothing but fame and fortune, but sometimes living your entire life in the public eye leads to an unfortunate amount of scrutiny. Modern Family actress Ariel Winter is no stranger to the wonders and woes that come with a Hollywood spotlight.

In fact, the 20-year-old is often the target of ruthless body-shaming trolls who have nothing better to do than criticize. One troll in particular recently claimed Winter’s weight-loss was the result of illegal drug use and the actress clapped back in the best way possible.

Most commonly known for her role as Alex on Modern Family, Ariel Winter has graced our television screens since she was 10 years old.

And we’ve watched her grow up into an absolutely stunning queen.

Unfortunately, living in the public eye has subjected Winter to several body-shaming trolls who have nothing better to do than criticize. But the actress usually brushes off her haters and embraces body positivity with fans.

Ariel Winter

Winter recently shared a couple of photos with her boyfriend Levi Meaden while the pair celebrated NYE.

And one commenter jokingly scolded her for drinking underage. To which Winter replied that she was only using her beverage to toast with.

It was all playful banter until one judgemental troll crept out from its dwellings to allege that Winter’s recent weight loss was the result of illegal drug use.

Winter didn’t hesitate to shut that down and satirically explained that her drop in weight was due to a change in antidepressants.

I mean, if you’re going to insult someone at least check your damn spelling.

But the commenter continued to badger Winter insisting that the actress must be doing drugs because apparently, that’s the only Hollywood lifestyle.

And finally, Winter decided to really let the troll have it.

“I think it definitely counts as hating on someone when you completely ignore the truth coming from the actual person, to just follow your own fantasy narrative.”

You tell ’em, girl!

Needless to say, no one will be messing with Ariel anytime soon.
