I’ve started meditating recently and it’s one of the more difficult things I’ve ever done. I find it almost impossible to turn my brain off, but when I manage to do so, even for a few moments, the relief is worth the effort.
If your head was a laptop the fan would be whirring nonstop because you have 37 tabs open and you haven’t turned it off since 2016. Take a walk. Some deep breaths. Meditate. Smoke a fat joint. Read some wholesome memes. Do whatever you have to do to give yourself a little break.
