Eddie Murphy Hilariously Reprised His Roles As Buckwheat, Gumby, And Mister Robinson On "SNL"

Whether you’re one of those people who hasn’t watched SNL since 20XX or 19XX “because it sucks now,” or just one of those people who stopped watching because modern technology provides no incentive to tune in when the good stuff will just get texted to you via YouTube anyway, sometimes they still get it right and it’s worth your time.

Eddie Murphy’s hosting Saturday Night Live this week should appeal to both types. During the course of the show, Murphy hilariously reprised his most famous SNL roles: Gumby, Buckwheat and Mr. Robinsion. Not to mention, opened with one of the better monologues I’ve seen in a minute.
