1. I’m a lone dad that’s shaved my head all my life, I’m learning how to do different hairstyles for my daughter with the help of YouTube videos, I’m proud of this plait!
2. Lady came into the hospital with her sleeping baby & was struggling between holding her baby & filling out paperwork when this kind soul asked her if she would like him to hold her baby while she filled out her information. He rocked the baby as if he was his own. Faith in humanity restored.

6. I had such a shitty day. Valentine’s day, husband away, alone with 3 boys and too busy to even make food for myself. My Iranian neighbor just brought over abgusht, a stew with lamb and chickpeas. Just because she thought I could be hungry.

8. My wife is working at a local Sci-Fi convention. The local Animal Control agency had to leave the convention early because they adopted all their pets!
9. We live in Beijing which is currently dealing with the Coronavirus so most people are staying at home and most shops are closed. The shop across from us was concerned that we would not have food so they sent us 2 grocery bags of instant noodles.

13. I’ve been talking to a tattoo artist about getting my self harm scars covered but as I was about to get it done, life fucked me financially(got sick, couldn’t work, car problems, etc) so I tried to reschedule, then I got this text from him. Made me smile and cry at the same time. Wow.

15. Today was my first day in my power chair!! After 2 years of being homebound I’m taking my first steps…rolls towards independence again. No more depending on bae for everything, although she’s the best companion a woman could ask for.
