3. My last pregnancy ended in a stillbirth due to a fatal genetic abnormality. When I found out I was pregnant again I became extremely anxious, despite all the good news. Yesterday at my ultrasound, my son smiled! I’m so in love with him already and cried when I saw this. I can’t wait to meet him!
