The coronavirus has been the only thing anyone is talking about lately. What really made it hit home for me was the NBA and NCAA postponing their basketball seasons, but let’s be real, this virus isn’t going away any time soon. Season canceled.
For many high school and college seniors, it was their last season. Scott Van Pelt said it best:
So many college and HS athletes saw their seasons, maybe their playing careers, just….end.
No send off, no nothing.
We want to fix that. Share their stories, photos & videos here. We should certainly have the room for some join the show. Let’s celebrate them #SeniorNight

Folks then started replying with inspiring stories of athletes from everywhere.
Udoka Azubuike. Came to the United States from Nigeria at 14 with hopes of pursuing an education.
Now, he’s graduating as one of the best big men in #KUbball history. Big 12 POTY. Up for countless awards. NCAA record holder in FG %. Academic All-Big 12.

Erica Ogwumike is the definition of a student-athlete. One of 4 active NCAA Division I players w/2k points/1k rebounds and Academic 1st Team All-American.
The numbers and accolades are endless, the impact she left on our program will be felt forever.
