We need new drinking games for parties. The older I get, the less interested in beer pong and other drinking games. Maybe I’m just not as fun as my friends but when I hear someone yell, “Let’s play a drinking game!” I become instantly annoyed. People have been finding creative ways to still drink and hang to with friends while staying home but as soon as I get the chance, I’ll be making inviting my friends to participate in this new idea going around. They owe me for all the half-assed beer pong matches they’ve put me through. Here’s exactly how it’ll play out:
1. Guests are required to perform a three-minute Powerpoint presentation about whatever they want in front of everyone else.
2. They’re calling this tradition “Drink Talk Learn (DTL)”. It started in 2012 with a group of friends attending the University of Waterloo.
