I used to think it was stupid for brands to have social media accounts. It seems to always lead to trouble. Why do brands have to have a “hot take” on anything anyway? Wendy’s was the only company I thought should be allowed to be on Twitter but this viral thread started by Netflix may have changed my mind, though.
