I have no idea how many towels you should own. When I moved out of my mom’s and into my own apartment I brought 2 towels and 3 washcloths. None of them matched and I didn’t think twice about it. I’m the only one using them and the only person washing them.
If you think I’m crazy, that’s fine but at least I didn’t spend half a day arguing on the internet about how many towels are enough. I’ve always thought it was weird that people have some towels that are meant to be “decorative” but if you’re not using them, I hope you have a hand dryer or loads of hand sanitizer.
