Everyone knows the golden rule of cats: if I fits I sits. You can buy your cat a $1200 cat tree and it will pick the box it came in 10/10 times. Kittens, old cats, even wild cats. Why are cats in boxes a universal phenomenon? It’s silly to ask why cats do anything. The answer is almost always “because f*ck you, that’s why.”
