Look, are you ever going to have abs? Probably not. You don’t need an insane Hollywood body transformation to feel great. Placing your self-worth in the opinions of others is a whole problem in itself. You have to find a way to like the way you look. You can start by making healthy changes, but really it comes down to making a choice to change your lifestyle. That’s how you lose weight and keep it off.
I always find it’s best to start with some inspiration. It helps to see someone who made it up that “impossible” mountain. Hard work and willpower are all well and good to talk about but putting them into action is a whole different story. But it is possible. They did it, and you can too.
1. “I was looking back at some old pictures and comparing them to some I just took. I didn’t think my face had changed that much, but GOOD GOD… my face and my waist just absolutely BLEW MY MIND! (2 years)”
