My mom is the only left-handed person in the family and she makes sure everyone knows it. As a kid, when our whole family would go out to eat, I always wanted to sit in the aisle seat of the booth but my mom made sure to remind me she’s left-handed and she gets to sit there. I then tried to pretend that I was left-handed just to get the seat I wanted but it never worked.
