No judgment here. I love dogs in bags. As far as funny dog pictures go, they’re right up there with dogs in sunglasses. Also, if you need to bring your dog on the subway in NYC, it’s a requirement.
I wonder what the dogs are thinking? “This is great! I get free housing, food, and I don’t even have to walk anymore???”
