Working in customer service can be a grind. You’re on the front lines of retail and sometimes you encounter the worst type of customers and horrible hours. I’ve spent many years in retail and it’s almost like a fraternity. When you meet someone else who works in retail, it’s fun to swap stories and vent about the crazy stuff you have to put up with.

This brings me to Customer Service Wolf, a character in this great internet comic series who is constantly putting up with obnoxious customers coming into his bookstore. The series was created by illustrator and writer Anne Barnetson from Perth, Australia.
