Are you tired? I am. Honestly, it’s my fault for getting in bed at midnight, but refusing to put my phone down until 3 AM.
Does this sound healthy? Does it sound healthier to get in bed at 10 PM and sleep until 10 AM? That’s probably depression or a symptom of Lyme disease, but it does sound relaxing.
