Twitter Users Are Sharing Their Favorite “Newspaper Fails” And Funny Corrections (50 Tweets)

A correction for a “newspaper fail” published by the National Enquirer in 1997 went viral after writer Séamas O’Reilly tweeted that it was his all-time favorite press apology/correction.

He went on to challenge Twitter users to top it by responding with their favorites, and if they didn’t beat it, I’d say they came pretty close. I didn’t have a favorite newspaper fail or correction before discovering this thread but now I have plenty to choose from.
