Running a business is hard, and it’s easy to see which choices were bad decisions years later. Just look at Blockbuster.
Nowadays, it’s hilarious to see how they could’ve easily done what Netflix has, but at the time it was uncharted territory. They made their decision and now the last Blockbuster standing is an AirBnB.
