Nature is pretty amazing, and if you disagree then this thread documenting an Axolotl, a type of salamander, morph into a land-based species will blow your mind.
This change is thought to be caused by hormonal changes which can be instigated, for example, by excessive iodine levels in their water tank. If this thread doesn’t remind you how lit nature is, then I don’t know what to tell you.
