Uhaul is great for many things. It makes moving a lot more affordable and it’s pretty accessible. The problem is that anyone can rent them, even if you’ve never driven a truck before. It’s a risk you take, but that’s why there’s insurance, right?
I’ve used it many times, but like any vehicle rental, you never know what the last renter did with it. There’s a whole Facebook group that’s dedicated to Uhaul fails and it’ll make you feel much better about your ability to drive a truck. Or it’ll just make you laugh.
