People Are Roasting This House That Zillow Lists At $381K, Even Though It Has Now Collapsed Into The Ocean

Footage of a $381,200 house in Rodanthe, North Carolina, falling off its stilts and into the ocean due to high tides and destructive winds have gone viral on Twitter.

Luckily the house was unoccupied and no one was hurt, except for Zillow. Twitter users quickly roasted Zillow for their pricing and automatic home buying process. It’s been reported that Zillow had a surplus of 7,000 homes and lost nearly $300 million thanks to their algorithms.

Now, we can add this $381,200 to that tally. Here’s what Twitter had to say about it.
