Renting is a scam. My rent costs double what a mortgage would be, yet I “can’t afford” to buy a house. On top of that, dealing with awful landlords makes it even more frustrating. I shouldn’t have to beg you to fix a leak.
All I’m saying is if you’re charging premium rent for a building that hasn’t been updated since the 70s, then don’t be surprised when the tenants get upset.
These landlords should be ashamed of themselves.
