A recent episode of HBO’s The Last of Us has sparked the latest meme.
In the episode, one of the main characters, Joel (played by Pedro Pascal), experienced a visible anxiety attack. If you’ve been watching the show every week, it’s understandable why.
I would have a meltdown too if I were running from zombies all day. However, zombies aren’t the only things that can cause anxiety attacks. The sheer amount of Last of Us memes that spawned from this scene perfectly describe some relatable modern-day scenarios that elicit fear and concern like Joel was experiencing.
