Futurama is one of my top 5 favorite shows of all time. Not animated shows, ANY shows. Up there with Cheers, The Sopranos, Parks And Rec, Firefly, and Friday Night Lights.
One of the best things about Futurama is its re-watchabilty. All of the jokes hold up, and since it takes place in the future it stays pretty evergreen.
As you may have heard, not only did Hulu pick up Futurama for a new season, they finally signed on the voice of Bender, John Dimaggio.
The reboot news was announced last year, but the wait is almost now over, as Lauren Tom, who voices Amy, confirmed she “can’t wait” for fans to see the new episodes set to be released summer of 2023.
