Wholesome Text Exchange With Pizza Place After Delivery Driver Messed Up Customer’s Order Goes Viral

A wholesome text exchange between a customer and a pizza place has gone viral after this pizza delivery driver made a mistake.

As someone who has delivered pizza, I can say firsthand that if your order is messed up, as long as you’re kind and patient we will hook you up. If you’re rude and awful, don’t expect anyone to go out of their way to fix it for you.

Working in customer service, especially in the food industry, often means dealing with rude customers. However, that wasn’t the case for this pizza delivery driver whose mistake led to a wholesome text exchange.

When the customer sent a picture of the pizza which looked like it had been flipped upside down with just the word “bro…”
