McDonald’s Uses Picture Of Teen Employee On PSA Poster To Warn Other Employees About Phone Use

Even though it seems to happen all the time, using someone’s likeness without their permission is a big no-no. Especially in a small setting where they will almost certainly see it.

This is the case in a recent video posted by a TikToker named Jords (@brunetteasian). She came into work find her likeness being used in a PSA poster trying to discourage other employees from using their phone at work.

As you can see in the small print, it was a staged photo.

Employers vs employees on their phones is a relatively new human problem, but one that is being fought on every level. Work just can’t complete with the limitless content in the palm of our hands.
