Starting a new job is an exciting and nerve-wracking experience. The anticipation of new challenges, opportunities, and personal growth often fuels our enthusiasm. Recently, a woman on Tiktok, Marley (@lifeofmarley_ _), shared a video to her page centered around “work humor” that has now gone viral. In the video she shared the common frustration most workers have.
“When your manager is yelling at you for doing something wrong but they never trained you on how to do it.”
Jobs should at least give you a day of training to learn the ropes before sending you out there on your own, otherwise, they shouldn’t be surprised when mistakes happen.
