I went to a wedding this weekend and the father of the bride’s speech was filled with dumb, but nevertheless funny “old-school” style jokes like “If you ever want to make sure remember your anniversary, just forget it once.”
It brought me back to a time when dads, uncles, and even kids shared humor, not through texting memes to each other, or even emailing the latest Ebaumsworld fail video, but through telling corny jokes with kinda clumsy setups.
