As the nights grow darker and the shadows loom larger, I’ve come to realize that introverts are basically the seasoned veterans of spooky season.
Have you ever watched The Ring? Well, imagine if that eerie girl crawling out of the TV was just an introvert, shushing you to keep the volume down. “I was reading in there!” she’d say, pointing to the well.
Frankly, being an introvert during Halloween is like the werewolf at a full moon – it just makes sense. We get the chills not from the ghosts and ghouls, but from the thought of mingling at a Halloween bash. And let’s not forget the Mummy – all wrapped up and avoiding human contact? Sounds like an introvert on a regular Tuesday to me.
For those of us who feel the real horror is the small talk with the neighbor about how ‘realistic’ their pumpkin decor looks, this list is for you.
