We’ve covered many entitled boss stories, but this one from Reddit’s r/EntitledPeople takes the cake. An employee used to work at this Medieval Times place with jousting shows, and after a nasty car wreck a few years ago, they’re dealing with a back injury and need to get back to work ASAP because of this crazy policy their job has – miss two weeks, and you’re out. The doctor suggests two weeks off, but OP, needing the job, cuts it down to one.
Here’s where it gets good: OP needs a chair at work because of their injury, but when they ask their boss, the boss loses it. The boss yelled at them for even asking, saying it was unprofessional and unfair to others. An entitled boss move.
So, the employee is stuck, explaining that they need to work but are in pain, and their boss is no help. They find themselves in this tough spot, trying to figure out what to do next. It’s a real rollercoaster of a story about dealing with a challenging situation at work.
