There are few experiences as exasperating as having to deal with a incompetent boss. Whether they’re experts in micromanagement, shouting, or displaying a perpetually short temper, they undoubtedly have a talent for needlessly complicating the lives of their employees.
One Reddit user found themselves in a situation that was no different. When their company brought in a new manager to oversee the warehouse where they worked, this superior did anything but make the day-to-day operations smoother. Quite the opposite, in fact – their actions grated on the nerves of the employees, ultimately paving the way for an act of “malicious compliance.”
