I’ve spent my entire life in the Midwest, and every time I travel to either coast, I get bombarded with the same ridiculous questions. There’s just a hint of pretentiousness on the coasts that always cracks me up. The Midwest has it all – from stunning lakes and beaches to endless cornfields in certain areas. Craving culture? Cities like Chicago have you covered. In the mood for cheese curds and ranch dressing? Well, we’ve got plenty of that too.
Seriously, everyone should experience life in the Midwest at least once in their life. But if you’re not a fan of winter, you might want to wait until summer. In the meantime, treat yourself to some funny Midwest memes for a good laugh.
