In case you missed it, Elon Musk announced that X, formerly known as Twitter, will now make your “likes” private by default. Because, you know, nothing screams transparency like hiding what you enjoy.
On one hand, people are relieved they can now like whatever bizarre tweets they want without judgment from Twitter stalkers. On the other hand, some folks are devastated they can no longer parade their impeccable taste for all to see.
