30 Millennials And GenXers Share Foods They Thought Were “Fancy” As A Kid But Not As An Adult

When you’re a kid, you only know what you’re told about the world.

Then you grow up and learn how things are. When I started buying my own groceries, I found out about so much good food that my parents never brought home and I was amazed. I never had the “fancy” stuff.

It was always the store brand in my mom’s house.

Twitter user @imjasondiamond asked his followers to share “foods that were sold as ‘fancy’ and seemed totally out of your reach and too expensive but now you’re an adult and you can spend 3 to 5 bucks on it.”
