These sisters clearly have some bad blood.
Mom Jessica Pares (@305_lil1) had to work over the weekend, so she left her daughter with her sister. But the sister wasn’t about to babysit her niece solely out of the goodness of her heart. She expected to be compensated for her efforts.
After Jessica picked her daughter up, she received an invoice for $72 and a detailed breakdown of expenses including 50 cents per toilet flush.
Jessica was flabbergasted by her sister’s stingy invoice and took to TikTok to express her anger.
This mom received a detailed list of expenses after her sister babysat her daughter
Here’s what the invoice said: “Here is a breakdown of everything Victoria used in my home. Times are getting hard and I think it is only fair we charge for stuff that she used while being here. Can’t wait for her to come over again.”
Here’s the full list of charges from Pares’ “ridiculous” sister:
Flushing toilet .50 per flush (x5)
Handwashing .50 (x5)
Using electricity to play video games (played My Little Pony for 20 mins) $7
Bag of Chips $1 (x3)
One cup of milk $1
One cup apple juice $2.50 (x3)
Dinner from Olive Garden $19
Gas for driving to the park (Victoria’s idea) $3.75
Played on her iPad using my WiFi $10
Netflix to watch a movie $4.50
Peed on bed $10
Paint used when drawing $1.25
To top it off, she gave Jessica a due date for the payment. If Jessica didn’t fulfill the invoice by that date, she would begin to charge interest.
“This is an invoice for her requesting $72 because my daughter stayed with her over the weekend because I had to go to work,” Jessica said.
She continued: “She’s charging me. How ridiculous is this girl? She flushed the toilet five times, $10 for Wi-Fi, $4.50 for Netflix, a bag of chips, like really? Really? How ridiculous is she? You know?”
