Having worked in the school system for over a decade back in the early 2000s, I’ve seen some stuff. But I can’t even imagine what it’s like for teachers today, trying to keep kids engaged while competing with TikTok and whatever’s blowing up on Snapchat.
That’s why Summers Off Comics by Mojo Rose is such a gem. These hilarious comics perfectly capture the chaos, struggles, and occasional joys of being a teacher in today’s world—where every kid has a smartphone in their pocket and a million distractions at their fingertips. Educating kids in today’s world seems tough to say the least.
