Dress codes can be a tricky thing in the workplace, especially when they don’t apply equally to everyone.
That was exactly the issue for one group of bank employees who found themselves stuck wearing business attire on Fridays while the rest of the building enjoyed casual jeans days.
Their micromanaging boss insisted on maintaining a professional look, despite the fact that their department had no customer interaction and often handled messy ATM deposits.
Frustrated but not defeated, the team decided to follow the dress code to the letter—just not in the way their manager intended.
