When I was younger, my mom practically had to drag me kicking and screaming to the Renaissance Faire, and I’d spend half the time embarrassed and hiding behind a turkey leg.
But somewhere along the way, something changed, and those faires became a highlight of my year.

15. I hate pictures of myself, so they’re not very common. Someone posted a picture from 2018 and this is the first time I’ve seen a side-by-side comparison of my 95lb weight loss. I still have a ways to go, but this is inspiring.
