A fitness influencer named Ashton Hall (@ashtonhall) is making a big splash with his bizarre 4 AM morning routine, inspiring countless memes and parody videos.
The viral clip shows Hall breaking down his pre-dawn regimen, which includes a mug of Saratoga bottled water at 3:45 AM, rubbing a banana peel on his face at 8:45 AM, and repeatedly dunking his face into bowls of ice-cold water (Saratoga, of course) before his first business call of the day, which we know is important because he insists to the unknown caller that they “get at least 10,000” — a decidedly big number.

For the past few years, fitness/lifestyle influencers have been waxing poetic about early morning routines and their myriad benefits.
And the rise-and-grind-obsessed dude-bros of the world devoured the trend like a sketchy supplement endorsed by a buff nutritionist with a sleeve tattoo.
Before long, ice baths, 5-mile runs, and performative journaling — all done before the sun rises — became synonymous with success and ambition.
But in Halls’s video, his self-seriousness and utter lack of productivity made the clip perfect fodder for Twitter comedians.
Keep going for the funniest takes on the internet’s most obnoxious “inspirational” video.

filming yourself screwing around for 5 hours until we finally get the reveal of the hands of the woman doing the chores that make the aforementioned 5 hours of screwing around possible is pure narrative perfection https://t.co/d87Ni4bLmw
