Employee Told Not to Use Break Room Their Paycheck Helped Build—Nice Try, Boss

Add as a preferred source on Google

Nothing says “great leadership” like telling an employee they’re not allowed to use the break room they literally helped fund.

In this r/antiwork post, a boss decides to pull rank and ban a worker from using a shared space—completely forgetting that the employee’s paycheck helped build it in the first place. It’s petty, it’s entitled, and it’s exactly why morale is somewhere in the basement.
