Christopher Weyant is one of those cartoonists whose work you’ve probably laughed at without even realizing it. His single-panel comics have appeared in The New Yorker for years, blending sharp wit with pitch-perfect timing.
He’s also a children’s book illustrator, a political cartoonist, and somehow a Harvard Nieman Fellow—which feels like the most impressive possible way to say “funny and smart.”
His style is clean and classic, but the punchlines are anything but old-fashioned. These hilarious comics take everyday absurdities, social quirks, and big-picture chaos and condense them into one perfect, funny little frame.
