35 Hilariously Unfortunate Times People Should Have Hired An Architect

I’m a registered architect by trade and let’s see, I had to spend 6 years in college and take god knows how many tests to get registered, so naturally, any idiot homeowner can just design a kitchen remodel themselves right? Right.

What could possibly go wrong when you mix unchecked confidence, zero formal training, and a trip to the hardware store? A lot, actually. And it turns out there’s an entire Facebook page dedicated to proving that point on a daily basis.

Welcome to the world of “You Should Have Hired an Architect.” Let’s all take a minute to laugh at the people who ignored the old adage: Pay for a pro now or pay a lot more for them to fix it later.
